Green Canyon is the strikingly emerald reservoir behind the Oymapinar Dam, a steep-sided gorge of still, jade-green water where boat trips glide between pine-covered cliffs above Manavgat. From Side it is about 45 kilometres northeast, roughly a 50-minute drive that leaves the coast and climbs gently into the hills. It is one of the most relaxing half-days near Side, and because the jetty is inland with no easy public transport, a private transfer is the natural way to go.
