Kumköy is a distinct resort area on the Side coast, although accommodation websites may place “Side” or “Manavgat” beside the hotel name. Choose Kumköy when it appears in the official address and include the property’s complete name. This avoids directing the request toward Side centre when the intended destination is a resort farther along the hotel strip.
Large resorts can have several gates
A Kumköy resort may have separate entrances for guests, deliveries, staff, residences, or beach facilities. Use the main reception or guest-arrival entrance stated by the hotel, not a service gate found incidentally on a map. If your booking is for a residence or annex with a similar name, add the block and reception details so the drop-off request remains unambiguous.
